Collectively with 25+ years of experience in sales, Jim and Regina made the transition to a real estate team on Cape Cod in 2004 when they moved up from Guilford CT. Prior to joining Kinlin Grover Compass, both Jim and Regina had separate successful careers in the high end antique show circuit. After years in advertising, Jim opened an antique shop in NYC’s SoHo area before trying his hand at antique shows throughout NYC and the Hamptons. Regina joined the antique show circuit in the late 1980’s, exhibiting in shows in Miami, Baltimore, Washington DC, New York, the Hamptons and many other points on the east coast. Jim, a Massachusetts native, graduated from Essex Agricultural College and UMass Amherst with 2 degrees in Horticulture. He spent several years working for Louis Barry Florist, designing at the Prudential Center. He also spent summers in the Hamptons working for a private estate in charge of floral & house decor as well as working in the advertising industry throughout New England. Regina grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Hawthorne College with a degree in Aviation Management. She went on to UMass Amherst where she received degrees in Environmental Ethics and Business Management. She joined the antique show circuit shortly after graduating and went on to start Tabletop Designs, a tableware matching company. Jim and Regina, along with their 2 college-aged children, Gray (Umass Amherst) and Piper (UConn) share a passion for travel and cooking. Their social media is peppered with posts of their family trips that they’ve taken over the years. They also have a mutual passion for home renovation, their rescue cats and gardening. As they have been in real estate sales and customer service for over 35 years they bring a depth of experience to both buyers and sellers and are comfortable working throughout the Cape and South Shore, representing a wide range of residential, vacation and beach properties. Having 2 rental properties of their own, they are well versed in summer rentals on Cape Cod. The relationships that they have built with clients does not just end at the closing table as many of their clients over the years have become great friends and turned into repeat customers
