Paula and Eduardo began their own team in May 2012 called Zamorano & Co. They have learned to make each other's strengths to benefit their clients and their own business. Paula specializes in listing set ups and Eduardo specializes in listing appointments. Eduardo is great at finding the perfect home for their clients and creating a killer offer; Paula writes the offer, and works the transactions from beginning to end. They work hard to ensure that each client’s property is listed for the best price in order to get the most out of the market for their sellers. They are skilled at negotiating to get the best deal possible with a win-win mentality – sellers get to sell their home and buyers are able to buy their dream home!  In their almost 6 years in real estate, they have garnered knowledge of  the ups and downs of the industry and understands the need to adapt and shift with the ever-changing market.
