Pam and Gary Brown are a husband-and-wife real estate team with Compass, operating under the boutique brand, Sequel—a reflection of their belief that every home represents a new chapter. Pam brings a background in sales, marketing, and an unexpected edge as a former matchmaker—an experience that sharpened her ability to truly understand people, and connect them with the right home. Gary complements the partnership with a background in selling and leading enterprise software sales teams, bringing a strategic, data-driven mindset and negotiation expertise to every transaction.
Relocating from Southern California to the Lowcountry in 2021—bringing Pam’s roots from Atlanta full circle—they quickly immersed themselves in the Bluffton and Hilton Head markets. Having personally gone through the process of researching communities, evaluating lifestyle options, and ultimately choosing where to call home, they bring valuable perspective to clients—many of whom are relocating or planning their next chapter in retirement. As real estate investors themselves, they bring firsthand experience with investment properties, second homes, and long-term value strategy—allowing them to guide clients beyond the transaction and into smart, forward-thinking decisions.
Outside of real estate, Pam and Gary stay busy with their son, Jake, and enjoy beach volleyball, watching Georgia football, time with friends and family, great food, travel, and life outdoors.
