Mary Kate & Vince Garman
Mary Kate and Vince operate a growing team with their own office located in Wilmington, Delaware. The Garman Group consists of 6 full time agents along with 2 admin to ensure all contracts get to the closing table. While Mary Kate and Vince both live and work at their office space within the Trolley Square area of Wilmington, the team services all of New Castle County, DE. The Garman Group joined Compass in 2020 and has enjoyed everything Compass has to offer, especially the CRM. Mary Kate and Vince met at the University of Delaware in 2014 and were married in 2021. They welcomed their daughter, Murphy, to the Garman Group team in May 2022 and are expecting baby #2 in June 2023!
