Karla is a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Former Director of the Tampa Chapter of the NADP, a licensed professional real estate stager, and a certified Military Relocation Specialist. The Karla Dorsey Team is comprised of 4 licensed agents to include her husband, John Kluzek, who is a former luxury home builder.

As a Tampa Native, Karla serves her clients with a lifetime of local knowledge and is an advocate for locally owned small businesses. Deeply rooted on the west coast of Florida, she has a proven track record of promoting & supporting local business owners and remains heavily involved in her community. In her spare time she loves to cook and entertain and shares a love of collecting wine from around the world with her husband & partner, John Kluzek.

John holds a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and has enjoyed a successful career as a medical manufacturing executive.  John has combined his passion and his talent with his love of real estate and investing. He obtained his General Contractors license and real estate license and started his own construction company designing and building luxury homes inspired by some of the beautiful estates in San Diego. In his addition to his experience with new construction, we have helped many families design, renovate, and flip many properties.
