We strive to make the beach property buying experience fun, meaningful, goal oriented, and most of all profitable! We understand these steps because we lived it. We bought our first investment property in 2010 right after the BP oil spill in the gulf (probably not the best timing but as it turned out it was the perfect timing; it has been our single best financial decision ever). Initially scared to death but we learned so very much in the process and we enjoy sharing that with others.
