Scott began his real estate career in 2002 in Cleveland, Ohio, where he quickly became the Top Producer. In 2005, Scott's remarkable achievements in the  industry were recognized by RIS Media's Real Estate Magazine, as he was chosen as one of the Nation's Top 50 Realtors on the Rise. Scott and Janice relocated to Vero Beach, Florida in 2006, where they established The Reynolds Team to meet the growing needs of their clients and to provide them with exceptional service. Janice initially served as the Team Assistant and as the Team grew, she moved into a role of Marketing Director. Scott left production in 2020 and strictly serves as the Team Leader. With over two decades of experience in the  industry, Scott is a trusted and respected Realtor and mentor who is dedicated to helping his Team achieve their real estate goals. Scott and Janice love their quaint beachside town where they are generous members of their community.
