Rob (Raleigh Rob) and Janet were both born and raised on Long Island NY.  They joined Compass in 2018 as founding agents in the Orange County, CA Market.  In 2021 they moved back to the east coast, obtaining their North Carolina Brokers licenses becoming RJ Collective, a husband and wife team in the Raleigh and surrounding areas.  Upon relocating to Raleigh they also founded LINEN + ORCHID interior design studio, bringing their unique full service real estate centric brand to life with their SELL.BUY.DESIGN™ focus.  As a uniquely talented husband and wife duo they pride themselves on providing expert advice, strong advocacy, the highest level of service not only during the transaction but long after closing.  Having done it twice themselves, coast to coast, Rob and Janet are relocation experts.
