For Chris and Brooke Hernandez, Tahoe has always been a way of life. Two lifelong locals who spent childhood winters on the slopes, you’d be hard pressed to find another team who knows Lake Tahoe quite like these two. A dynamic husband and wife duo with over three decades of combined experience, Chris and Brooke love helping others put down roots in the beloved community they call home.
Bolstered by domestic and international connections alike, Chris was a member of the US Ski Team and skied on the World Cup before settling in Tahoe and earning his Broker’s license. Similarly, Brooke earned a bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State, but it wasn’t long before she was drawn back to Lake Tahoe by the pull of summers on the beach and winters in the mountains. Propelled by a passion for sharing the Tahoe way of life, the duo partnered in 2006 and never looked back.
It’s no surprise that Chris and Brooke were tapped as founding members to take the helm at Compass East Shore, Nevada. Praised for their unmatched experience, unrivaled local insight, and unquestionably tenacious work ethic, the duo works diligently to deliver the ultimate client experience. Residing in the Zephyr Cove area with their two amazing daughters, Chris and Brooke feel infinitely lucky to live where the rest of the world vacations.
