A Navy veteran and Wyoming native, Billy's upbringing on a sheep and cattle ranch instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep commitment to his clients. Since making the Coachella Valley his home in 2000, he has embraced the desert lifestyle, enjoying time with his family, playing pickleball and golf. Billy is also passionate about giving back to the community, having served for many years on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert, including as past president.

Stacy, a 3rd-generation native real estate professional, specializes in luxury country club properties. With over 28 years of experience and over $600 million in transactions, Stacy brings unmatched expertise in real estate marketing, helping her clients successfully position their properties in the luxury market. She is also a passionate community leader, having served as the President of the Palm Desert Chapter of the National Charity League and President of Sacred Hearts School Board for several years. At the heart of Billy and Stacy’s success is their family.

They are the proud parents of two children: Lauren, who is studying Computer Game Design and Development at USC, and Preston, who will be finding out his college decision in March 2025.
