Meet Andrew & Tristan Lipschutz

"When I asked my realtors in Santa Monica for recommendations for someone to help me buy a house in the Tahoe/Reno area, they put Tristan and Andrew Lipschutz at the top of a list of three. After meeting with Andrew in Truckee, I knew I didn't need to interview anyone else. His knowledge of the Tahoe area was immediately apparent, and his relaxed, no pressure manner made me feel confident that he would be straight with me. We spent a day viewing properties in Truckee, but hearing about snow removal in detail cooled, so to speak, my desire to live there. So, Tristan took me in hand for Reno. She's very knowledgeable, warm, and unusually industrious. Her response to texts and emails was almost always instantaneous, and she seemed to be on the job from 6 am to past my bedtime. When I became very attached to the house that I ended up buying, she dissuaded me for offering more than I was prepared to offer. She came up with a strategy to make an offer contingent on the sale of my condo more attractive. One of her ideas, for example, was to persuade an extremely thorough inspector to do an early inspection so that I could waive the inspection contingency, but there were others, too. I doubt that my offer would have been accepted without her expert management of that part of the business. I'm very grateful to Tristan and recommend her without reservation."
